I’m new to Rover and have always wanted to dog sit/walk as my side gig once moving to the city:) I recently moved to NYC after finishing college, and in the middle of all the new changes, I found myself really missing the comfort and joy of being around dogs. I grew up with a dog who was truly part of the family, so caring for animals has always been something that comes naturally to me. I decided to join Rover as a way to reconnect with that part of my life and to help other owners feel at ease when they’re away. I treat every pet like my own:)

I take care of pets in your own home! I take them on long walks around their familiar neighborhood. I always make sure to follow all household rules to keep their routine consistent and keep your home tidy.

Erin was incredible and I’ll definitely be recommending her for other friends that are visiting NYC! She was incredibly communicative, very friendly and I felt very comfortable leaving our dog Sedona in such great hands! We got lots of photo updates, and to top it off she was able to give us recommendations on where to go out in the city! This was my first time using Rover, and Erin was very patient with me navigating the app and how the whole process works! Thank you for such a great experience ☺️

Erin was SUCH a lifesaver!! When our previous Babysitter fell through last minute, she swept in and saved the day. Our dogs loved her, and she couldn’t have been nicer!
Erin house sat for our 5 yo dog over the weekend and took great care of him! He was fed and walked on his schedule and there were no issues. Erin is good with communication and shared pictures of our boy. Will def hire her again and recommend her highly.

Schedule
I currently work full-time, but have a hybrid schedule: I work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I can hang out at your place with my laptop while keeping your dog company, making sure they get attention, walks, and plenty of care. Completely free on weekends!
