A typical day
Depending on the dog and their energy levels, we will go to the park to play and meet other friends, stroll the neighborhood and sniff all the things, go for hikes if we’ve got lots of energy, and definitely make time for snugs and relaxing :) Your pup will always have fresh water available to them and frequent breaks to go outside. Extended care :: My day care rate covers up to 9 hours of care. For visits longer than 9 hours, there is an additional fee of $7.50/hr per dog. *Please be sure that the drop-off and pick-up times you select in your booking request are accurate for your plans. If there are any changes in those times, I do request communication about those changes. Thank you for understanding!

*Update* Hello! I recently relocated to the 30A area from Durango, Colorado where I have previously been offering my animal care services. I am looking forward to connecting with new individuals & families here that are seeking quality care for their beloved pets! Feel free to reach out with any questions. I am currently available for housesitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits! Please note that for housesitting jobs I do need to bring my 12.5 year old chocolate lab along with me. You can see his profile at the bottom of my page :) Hey there, I’m Erin! I have been offering dog care services in Durango for the past few years now. It has been such a joy, I can hardly call it a job :) I love to get to care for the pups that come to my home and ensure they receive quality care, alongside lots of fun! I have grown up with dogs for the majority of my life. I have a 12 year old chocolate lab of my own named Paxson, who I have had the joy of living life with since he was 7 weeks old! With all of my experience of dog sitting and having my own dogs, I am very confident in my ability to take wonderful care of your pup(s) :) I live right in town with fenced yards in both the front and back. Dogs have frequent access to these areas as I am home with them the majority of the time. For both day care and overnight visits, daily outside/exercise time is a guarantee during your dog's stay with me! We love to have all the fun outside— neighborhood strolls, hiking in the mountains and trails around town, swimming, playing fetch, visits to the park to play/meet other dogs, and hanging in the sunshine are some of our favorite things. Since exercise needs vary, I am happy to accommodate as needed.

Erin was absolutely wonderful watching our senior black lab at our house for three nights. She sent pictures and updates which made us feel more at ease on our getaway.
