We are repeating with Erin as our pet sitter for our 3 year old Shih Tzu. She is amazing. Very communicative with videos or pictures every day and an update on his lush life. He was happy and healthy and so loved in our absence. We are very lucky to have had Erin again.

As newbies to Rover, Erin was wonderful with us from our first interaction. And our cats immediately took to her at our meet and greet. While we were away, we knew our pets were well taken care of by Erin, which put as at ease. Not only did she provide the care for our pets that we discussed, she went the extra mile with any additional needs that popped up. And her communication with us was very efficient, including pictures and video updates of our pets. We will definitely be contacting Erin again for our future pet care needs!
Thank you for your flexibility and for helping us out at the last minute. The dogs were happy and well taken care of, and we loved the notes and videos from the visits. We really appreciate it!
Erin was excellent. I have never had a person I didn't personally know house sit for us, and .... this lady is really wonderful! Met the nervous dog in advance, flexibly added a component of unanticipated chicken care at the last minute due to subzero temps. She was so communicative and kind. Going away just became so much easier and carefree thanks to her! ❤️
