Erin does an awesome job with my two little yorkie babies

Mia and Zuko had a great time with Erin housesitting this week. Both Mia and Zuko instantly felt safe and loved by Erin. Erin provided lots of love to my babies and lots of communication to me. I felt confident my fur babies were well taken care of while I was out of town. We can’t wait to have Erin to care for Mia and Zuko very soon.

Erin was wonderful with our fur babies! They love her! And so do we! 🩵

Erin was absolute perfection. So very grateful to leave my pups with her.

Horrible. My dogs got out under Erin’s care. I would never have known and neither would Erin, if it was not for the elderly lady on my ring door bell to tell me “your dogs got out and one of them was almost hit by a car.” I had to make an emergency call from the cruise ship to Erin. She answered the second time I called and said this was just a “freak accident.” I asked her why she was not house sitting with my dogs as we agreed upon? Her response was she had a second job “a professional job.” It took her nearly 2 hours to go to home and look for my dogs. Thank God my dogs were smart enough to let themselves back in the way they had gotten out. This professional job Erin described was not the 7am to 4 pm one she spoke about in her folio. She told me she gets off work at 2 am in the morning from her second job. She lied. Trust me she comes off as a very nice young lady and at our meet & greet acts like she loves animals. This is all a part of the manipulation. She gave my dog no treats while I was gone. The same amount of treats were here when I left. Their water was dirty when I arrived home. One of my dog’s rolled in something dead while he was out running around with no supervision and no collar on the country roads. There was dirt all all on my bed, because she did nothing with my dogs other than feed them and not on their regular feeding schedule. My whole vacation was ruined because all I did was worry and cry about the situation Erin had put me and my pets in. I had other people come by to stay with my dogs as long as they could on short notice, because Erin is not trustworthy. Please never use this person. She stayed a few days with a maximum of 5 hours most of the time only 15-20 minutes. This is not house sitting. This is short visits. She cancelled me on Rover then told me I could pay her on the side. What was I supposed to do? I was stranded out of the country and know very little people here. I would have to pay another sitter over $700 because she did this. Rover said if she cancels there is a $450 cancellation fee from Erin, as to which she did keep but claims Rover paid her nothing. If you want to know with confidence your pets are being loved on, played with, etc PLEASE I BEG you don’t ever use her. Don’t fall for the phony kindness as I did. You will regret it.

Erin did an amazing job with my baby. She was wonderful about the updates, and that greatly eased my mind while I was away.
