Hi there! I’m Erin, a dedicated dog aunt based in the friendly Lexington-Hamline neighborhood of St. Paul. I have three years of experience with Rover and a lifetime of caring for pets. Whether it’s a long walk, backyard fetch, or cozy cuddles, I’m here to make sure your furry friend feels happy and loved while you're away. In college, I became a dog mom to my Pomeranian baby, Flip, who had a range of health issues. Through caring for him, I gained experience managing seizures, GI issues, administering medications, and making special accommodations to ensure his comfort and happiness. This taught me the importance of attentive, personalized pet care. Like humans, each dog is a unique individual with their own needs and comfort levels—I’m ready to meet your pup where they’re at! What you can expect: 🐾 Meet & Greet at my home 🐾 Daily updates with photos 🐾 Frequent walks/outside play 🐾 Care & attention to routine Spending time with dogs is truly one of my favorite sources of joy, and I take pride in making sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved while you're away. We have a special affinity for small dogs in my home—we hope to adopt a Chihuahua in the near future ❤️ When I’m not teaching middle schoolers or hanging out with dogs, I enjoy painting, reading, paddle boarding, and tackling home improvement projects with my fiancé Nick.

Erin and her partner were great with my dog Koda. He needs daily medication given and is very dog reactive and Erin was up for the challenge! Koda seemed so happy and comfortable at their house. This was my first time using Rover and I’m so glad we found Erin! ☺️

Schedule
I work as a middle school teacher, so the summer months allow me plenty of free time and flexibility for my furry friends. During the school year, I accept boardings that begin on a Fri/Sat/Sun, so that your pet has a chance to settle in with us before we begin a work week.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a single-family home in a friendly St. Paul neighborhood. We have lots of green space in the back yard for running around. Our previous dog had a lot of dietary issues, so we are used to keeping anything edible stored safely and out of reach. Our home is clean and smoke-free. There are no other animals in the home.
A typical day
During the warm months, I love to be outside as much as possible. This means fresh air on the porch, walks around the neighborhood, adventures in at the nearby parks, and soaking up all of the smells. One of my favorite places to stroll is Crosby Farm Regional Park in Saint Paul- so much luscious green space! When the day winds down, I love snuggling up on the couch and watching a movie with a furry friend.
