Any pet I take care of is treated as if they’re a member of the family. I believe in spoiling pets with love, but keeping the boundaries of the owner so as not to undo any training. Reinforcing good behavior is always a priority.
Information Erin D. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know ahead of time if there is anything in particular you’re working on with your doggo so I can plan ahead- socialization at parks, meeting new people, experiencing new activities. Please let me know if there are any special needs and considerations also.
A typical day
I enjoy walking in my neighborhood with dogs, and playing some fetch in the yard. There are some trails and parks nearby should we need an extended exercise period. I’m always up for some snuggles with the less active doggies too.

Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of pets since I was a little kid and helped my parents at my uncle’s farm. I truly love all animals and enjoy their individual personalities. I have experience dog/house sitting dating back to 2000 in the Camden area. Since we moved last year, I’m looking to meet new clients and help you with your furry loved one in the Waterville area. I worked in animal hospitals in my early 20s so I have a great wealth of knowledge to draw from in many areas (but not exotic pets, as none of the veterinarians I worked with were specialtists.)
Reviews
This was our first time booking with Erin and she was great! We hope to book her for more drop ins and housesitting in the future. We appreciated that she came for a meet and greet ahead of time to meet and learn about our dog's needs. She left a detailed Rover card about the visit which I also really appreciated, including lots of pictures, letting us know that everything went well. Thank you Erin!

Erin took incredible care of my senior dog while my family was away for 10 days. I was provided with regular updates of how things were going, and I felt very confident in knowing my dog was getting a wonderful, loving care. Erin even went above and beyond, sweeping the downstairs areas of the house, and washing the bedding that was used during her stay. Erin was lovely and if I need a sitter again, I would be happy to have Erin back to watch my dog.

We rebook Erin again and again! She is responsive, always sending updates, and gives us the peace of mind we need when traveling and leaving senior cats at home in her fantastic care.

Highly recommend Erin for your critter care!! 11/10!!! She watched out 2 dogs, cat, chickens, and house for a week and a half and did such an amazing job. She was very communicative, giving us updates every night. She left the house cleaner than when we left and just did such a good job with our animals. We will absolutely be having Erin help us again and you should too!!
