Reliable sitter who works from home
I began pet sitting for neighbors in Boston and continued building my network after moving back to Connecticut. I now care for dogs throughout the year for friends and their families, usually four to five weeks annually. I work fully remote, so pets get steady company and attention throughout the day. I enjoy having animals around and treat them like part of the routine, not an interruption. I have an indoor cat who is fully vaccinated, so dogs are still welcome. If your pet needs a calm home, a reliable schedule, and someone who is present, I am a strong fit.

We’ve trusted Erin with our dog for the past six years, and we truly couldn’t ask for a better sitter. She has cared for him for both daycare and overnight stays, and every experience has been wonderful. Our dog absolutely loves Erin, and it’s obvious how much she cares about the animals she watches. He always comes home well exercised, healthy, happy, and relaxed. We never have to worry when he’s with her because we know he’s receiving excellent care, plenty of attention, and lots of love. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, and treats your dog like family, I can’t recommend Erin highly enough.
Erin is my go-to for watching my precious fur-babies! She's watched both my dog (Goldendoodle) and my three cats (in my home) a number of times now. She is always punctual, keeps me updated, and does everything I ask of her! I can be a little overprotective and leave a little care instruction sheet, and I've never had to worry about Erin being on top of it! When she watches my dog, she is diligent about walking him and he always comes home so happy. I cannot recommend Erin enough, she is trustworthy, communicative, and a true animal lover. She also plays with my cats when she watches them, which, believe me, can be hard to come by! All my animals love her!

Schedule
I work fully remote, so pets are with me throughout the day. I start early, which leaves time for morning routines before work, and I take regular breaks for walks and check ins. Evenings are for longer walks, feeding, and downtime. If a pet has specific needs, I adjust my routine to match them.

I follow each pet’s feeding schedule, medication needs, and any rules you share. My indoor cat is fully vaccinated and comfortable with visiting dogs. I introduce pets slowly and make sure everyone has their own space. If your dog has specific routines or preferences, I adjust to match them.

I love keeping pets active, happy, and engaged throughout the day. Walks and outdoor time are a big part of my routine, and your pet will get plenty of both. Since I live just down the street from Winslow Dog Park, it’s perfect for midday outings and lunch‑break play sessions. For longer strolls, I have a great neighborhood loop that’s safe, quiet, and full of sniff‑worthy spots. And when your pup is up for a bigger adventure, I love heading over to Lake Mohegan for beautiful hikes and lots of exploring. Whether it’s a quick walk, a relaxed park visit, or a full trail day, I make sure every pet gets the right mix of fun, exercise, and enrichment.
