Welcome to Erin & Steve's dog sitting profile! We’ve given dogs a happy place to be while their families are busy for years now, looking after family and friends dogs during the week. As I work from home i’m able to provide regular breaks and walks but also find lots of time to play or cuddle! My friends rely on me to keep their dogs fed, safe and happy and i’m always their first choice of day care now! My partner Steve works from home part of the week also, so is around for looking after and entertaining your dogs during the days and evenings. I’ve got experience with nervous dogs to very relaxed dogs (and everything in between)! We always suggest a meet and greet to make sure you think we're a good fit to care for your furry friends. Benji had a lovely overnight stay and settled in very well. Erin and Steve were brilliant with him, very caring and understanding and seemed to really enjoy having him. We will definitely book Benji in with them again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
Erin and Steve are lovely couple who obviously love dogs, and have a great rapport with Gibson; it’s quite clear that Gibson was very happy to be staying with them, and we would not hesitate to leave him in their care in future.
Erin & Steve were great! They are very welcoming & friendly and our dachshund, Sausage, was relaxed with them in no time. Its not always like that, as she can be very anxious and challenging when left with anybody else at all. They've showed real patience! We will be using them again and they are lovely people.
Erin was great and kept me updated on how Bertie was doing. He had a great time, will definitely book Erin again

Schedule
Weekdays I work from home (and my partner Steve does most of the week too), so my day looks like a morning walk, then flexible during the day to do what the dog needs, and free in the evenings if longer care is needed. We’re available for boarding weekdays and some weekends but notice is needed!

Safety, trust & environment
We have a completely secure, 6 foot fenced and locked garden in a quiet safe neighbourhood with very little cars and people going past outside. Dogs are allowed in any room in the house but will follow your guidance too on their rules so they feel at home. They’ll be allowed upstairs and on furniture (if this alligns with your rules), and will be given our full attention all day/evening!
A typical day
We love to play and walk dogs along with cuddling them so they will be physically stimulated and feeling loved. If they have a preference for playing with balls, toys or something else let us know and we'll make sure they are getting to enjoy their favourite activity!
