I currently work four 8-hour shifts a week. Outside of that I’m available for your pet! I am home most evenings (may work 1/2 evening shifts a week). With 2 cats at home, I’ve learned to balance the play and feeding times before and after work so they are satisfied throughout the day.

Following your specific wants and instructions is of upmost importance for me - you know your pet best!! While dog sitting, I like to make sure they are walked daily. I also value cat play time with their favorite toys.

I can accommodate for whatever is needed for your pet as long as I know ahead of time. With previous teaching experience, I understand that each pet has their own needs and capabilities (just like students). And you know what’s best for your pet! Let me know and I will carefully follow any plan, schedule, or needs for your pet.
A typical day
Play time is super important for dogs and cats. It’s important to have that mental stimulation and physical exertion! I will be sure to spend time intentionally playing with your pet multiple times a day and getting them outside when warranted. (I have a stroller for my own cats so they can go outside on walks safely, but they’re not allowed outside unsupervised!)

I’ve always grown up with a dog or two in the house. I’ve helped to take care of them ever since I was about 7 and I’ve helped train them since I was 18! Growing up I also dog sat and cat sat for our neighbors and friends. 4 years ago I adopted 2 cats and they are my whole world. Since then I’ve learned all about cat care including trimming nails and safe road trips with cats!
