Hi I’m Erin and I have had dogs my whole life. Professionally, I have worked as a veterinary assistant, at shelters/ rescues, doggy day cares and even helped manage a small local dog walking/ sitting business. I’ve always said if I could have one wish it would be to speak to animals and while that hasn’t come true yet I sure do come close! Pet care is my passion. I currently work at a Veterinary Hospital in Newport. Some days, I can be away for up to 12hrs. (Though if you are close enough, I would have the ability to check in at lunch time). I also have a wonderful and very social goldendoodle named Joon. She is my co-pilot. She has been coming with me on dog walks and for pet sitting but I completely understand if this doesn’t work for you or your pets needs- but if you have a dog that loves to play, we just may be the right team for you!

My goal would be to keep your dog’s routine consistent with how you care for them. I also happen to take great pet pictures so you can expect to receive many of those while you are away!

Erin was great with Porterhouse and sent us photos and videos. He was happy to see us when we got home, but we could tell that he was very well taken care of while she was here.
Erin came through when I had a health crisis and had to leave home. She dropped everything and ran to our rescue, at first for a few days, but her stay kept getting extended for a week and a half. My VERY shy pup warmed up to her and bonded. It was a great experience for her! Even though I left her in a messy, near empty apartment, Erin never complained. She even cleaned up the place! Her compassion and professionalism were impressive. She frequently sent pics of their outings together. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

My dog Koda took to Erin immediately, so I knew she was in good hands. Erin is so kind, gentle and quick to communicate. Erin was also flexible when a schedule change came up for me that cause me to need to bump our dog walk out a day. Koda can’t wait for her next walk with Erin!
