I'm Erin, and I should tell you right now that I take my job as your pet's temporary best friend very seriously. Like, embarrassingly seriously. I'm Erin, and I discovered my genuine passion for pet care while living in Bozeman, Montana, where I somehow became the person everyone trusted with their fur babies, and I completely fell in love with it. Not in a "this is a nice way to make extra money" kind of way. In a "this is what I'm supposed to be doing with my hands and my heart" kind of way. Here's what I've learned: every animal has a whole personality that most people don't take the time to notice. The cat who only wants affection on THEIR terms and will stare at you like you're an inconvenience until you earn it? I respect that. The dog who needs to sniff every single blade of grass on a walk like they're conducting a crime scene investigation? I have time. The senior pet who just wants someone to sit next to them quietly and exist together? That's actually my love language. I adjust to your pet's energy, not the other way around. I learn their routines, their weird little preferences, their favorite spots. I send you photos and real updates so you can actually enjoy your time away instead of refreshing your phone every three minutes wondering if your cat has staged a protest. I'm relocating back to Wilmington, NC in November, so I'll be here and fully available through Thanksgiving, Christmas, and beyond, which is exactly when most people need someone they trust with their babies the most.
