I currently work full-time during the week, but my weekends are usually free. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, so whenever I have the opportunity to care for, play with, or walk them, I make the most of it. I am available on Saturdays and Sundays for dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting, with flexible availability throughout the day to suit your dog’s needs.

Unfortunately, due to my own dog being reactive around other animals, I am unable to take in additional pets within my home. However, I am very happy to provide care in your home, including letting your dog out, walking, feeding, and spending quality time with them. I will also provide regular updates after each visit so you can feel reassured while you’re away.

A typical day
I’ll make sure your dog has a fun, engaging visit tailored to their energy and personality. This can include stimulating walks with plenty of sniffing time, play sessions with their favourite toys, basic training games to keep their mind active, and lots of positive attention and affection. Whether your dog loves a brisk walk, a game of fetch, or simply company and cuddles, I aim to keep them happy, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away.

Pet care experience
I have grown up around dogs for as long as I can remember. My family started with two Labrador Retrievers, both incredibly affectionate and energetic, alongside a black cat. Since then, we have owned a rescue Labrador and a rescue Central Asian Shepherd weighing around 70kg. Having lived with and cared for large breeds throughout my life, I am confident handling dogs with a wide range of temperaments, from reactive and nervous to friendly and outgoing. Family and friends regularly trust me to look after, walk, and care for their dogs, and I am comfortable managing dogs of all sizes and personalities.

Erin has looked after all of our dogs with great passion and care for their wellbeing. Her knowledge of day to day to care is extensive and she also enjoys spending time with them by teaching them mental enrichment games and skills alongside physical activities to keep them active. If your dog loves a cuddle, belly or ear rub, or even a soothing leg massage, Erin is your dog sitter! She is happiest when she is covered in fur or slobber.
