Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am a teacher, so during the summer I am home full-time and fully available for boarding, daycare, drop-ins, and walks throughout the day. I am able to provide consistent supervision, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship. I enjoy having dogs as part of my daily routine, and they are never just “checked on” briefly—they are included in a structured, attentive, and calm home environment. During the school year, I maintain a predictable schedule and can accommodate early morning, evening, and weekend care.

Dogs are supervised throughout the day, and during the summer I am home full-time to provide consistent care, attention, and routine. My home is a one-story space with a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor breaks and play. Dogs are welcome on furniture and are treated like part of the family, while also having access to quiet areas for rest or separation if needed. I follow each pet’s specific routine closely, including feeding instructions, medications, exercise needs, and behavioral preferences. I take a careful, respectful approach to introductions between dogs and ensure everyone is comfortable and safe. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect the home, follow all instructions closely, and prioritize the pet’s routine and comfort. I also provide regular updates so owners always know how their pet is doing.

I’ve cared for animals for more than 25 years and have had dogs for most of my life. I currently share my home with Sylvia, my rescue Australian Cattle Dog (Red Heeler). My experience includes dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments—from playful puppies to senior dogs and from laid-back companions to high-energy working breeds. I grew up on a farm and am comfortable caring for a variety of animals. I enjoy building trust with each pet and providing the attention, structure, and companionship they need to feel safe and comfortable.
