Hey! My name's Erika and I absolutely LOVE dogs and cats; they give unconditional love and affection. I worked at a doggy daycare in New Hampshire for a few months and then moved down to Raleigh, N.C. for better opportunities. I moved to Wilmington in 2020, to be closer to family. Working at the dog daycare was probably the hardest job to leave because I adored each and every one of the dogs that I looked after at work. Every dog has special characteristics and I loved every minute of learning about each one. I would love to help you out watching\walking\taking care of your dog or kitty while you have to work or if you go on vacation, whatever the case may be. Helped walk dogs in our neighborhood and feed them and give them love. I'm very caring, so I will protect love and give your dog a lot of attention! Why I love dog sitting: I've been a dog lover for many years... since I was probably 2 years old! I have always been around dogs, and found them to be very understanding, adorable friends. We've had larger dogs in our family all my life and I also worked at a doggy daycare. I find it very rewarding to work with them and take care of them. They depend on us and our love!

Safety, trust & environment
I make sure they get plenty of love & attention. Belly rubs, play fetch with them or play with whatever toy they like, take them on walks, etc. I have a cat who is playful & sweet so we have fun together :) If you have a fenced in backyard we can be outside as much as you’d like us to! I don’t think my cat would like animals here at my apartment so I’d be going to your home to care for your pets!

Erika was great with house sitting and caring for our 3 needy dogs! It was the longest we had ever left them so we were nervous, but Erika gave them lots of attention and sent pictures and videos multiple times a day. She went above and beyond with walking them and keeping our house clean and organized. We would love to have Erika dog-sit our babies again!
The best!! Erika takes awesome photos and sends the best updates so that I know my pet is well taken care of! Highly recommend!
Erika was amazing!! Our Great Dane warmed up to her quickly and we came home to one happy pup. Erika kept contact with us the whole visit, responded to messages quickly and made the process smooth from the start. Thank you Erika! Ranger can’t wait to hang out with you again.
Erika was so great!! We will 100% book her again. She is so nice and very responsible, easy to reach and communicate with. She stayed over her allotted time each day just out of the goodness of her heart- she literally went above and beyond. I feel so lucky to have found such a great and trustworthy sitter for our two kitties!!
Erika, was great. Chili took an immediate liking to her and they hit it off. She's very attentive and obviously very reliable. I couldn't be more pleased, with having her watching Chili. Highly recommended.
Erika went above and beyond with my cat. She made sure he was happy and loved for an hour of petting while I was gone out of town after our just having moved to a new home. Having her there for him made my guilt disappear!
