A typical day
I will assist to stimulate your dogs physically and mentally by playing a variety of games, going on walks to explore new areas and smells and ensuring they are provided with adequate exercise. I live near the river so walks up and down there are exciting and not too difficult for older/injured dogs. Activities and walks will all be tailored to your dogs specific needs and abilities to ensure they receive the level of care they deserve!

Pet care experience
Since I was born I’ve been surrounded by the most amazing dogs and have grown up learning from them, but most of all, loving them! I am an outdoors person and relish exploring, sadly due to work commitments it’s not time for me to have my own furry friend yet. If you need someone to help out with your pups, I am available to borrow and love them as though they were part of my family! I will follow your routine exactly as you wish, including walks, feeding, being taken out for the toilet and of course, play time I work remotely meaning I am at home all day leaving me loads of extra time to look after your pups when you can’t :) I have a fenced courtyard and no other pets, this may help your dog feel more at ease in a new environment. They will be allowed into all rooms of the house (many smells!) and I will follow your routine and rules as desired.

Erika was absolutely amazing with Nellie. From the start she was so caring, and went out of her way to make sure our nervous dog felt safe in her home. We got so many updates throughout the day which really helped me and my partner feel reassured about leaving her. Nellie had such an amazing time and always looked so happy in her photo updates. My girls had the absolute best time with Erika & George while we were away. They took such amazing care of them, spoilt them rotten and made them feel so at home. I wasn't sure I'd ever find someone that would be willing to take all 3 girls especially as I have 2 intact breeding females but non of that phased Erika, she took it all in her stride. One of my girls is slightly nervous of new people and takes a while to settle and warm up and they were so good with her, gave her space (even though she was in their home!) and let her take her time to come to them, by the time I picked them up she was fully settled and super happy with them. I honestly couldn't recommend Erika and George highly enough, they were just brilliant, we had so many updates throughout the week so could see how much fun the girls were having and it was obvious they were being showered with love, it meant we could just enjoy our holiday without worrying if the girls were ok. We're already booking the girls in for their next holiday!
Our dog Wade had a fantastic time at Erika’s. As a working breed he has tons of energy and Erika clearly gave him lots of attention and walks. Would highly recommend!
We are very pleased with the way Erika handled everything right from the beginning. Quick communication, frequent updates, lots of photos and videos and overall, she made sure that we know our dog is feeling happy with them. Amazing host, I would definitely recommend her.
