Hi! My name is Erika M and I’ve always had a deep love and respect for animals. I’m a registered ultrasound technologist working per diem, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pets. Working in healthcare has made me dependable, patient, and attentive to detail. I’ve always loved animals and will treat your pets like they’re my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I can’t wait to meet your furry family!

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make it a priority to follow their routine as closely as possible so their pets feel comfortable and secure. I take time to get to know each pet’s personality, whether that means giving them space to warm up or being ready to play and cuddle right away. I make sure they’re fed on time, have fresh water, get plenty of attention, and that their environment stays clean and safe. I also provide updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing while you’re away. On walks, I focus on safety first—always using secure leashes and being mindful of surroundings, other animals, and weather conditions. I tailor each walk to the dog’s energy level and needs, whether that’s a brisk walk, a slower stroll, or a little extra time to sniff around and explore. My goal is to make every visit a positive, stress-free experience for your pet!

Schedule
Pet care is a regular part of my daily routine and something I genuinely enjoy. Since I already care for my own cat and help with my roommate’s dog, I’m used to fitting in feedings, walks, playtime, and cuddle sessions around my work schedule. As an ultrasound tech, I typically work set hours, which allows me to plan my days and make sure I have plenty of time for the pets I care for. Whether it’s early morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening visits, I’m happy to create a routine that works best for your pet’s needs.
