I’ve been around animals since I was very young. From dogs, to cats, to rats, to anything in between - I love all animals! Neighbors and friends, and family alike - have all relied on me to care for their fur babies. I have experience in older pets and younger pets, and also have administered medication, followed special diets, etc. Animals are no different than humans, and I personally treat my fur babies as such - MY BABIES. I would love to have the opportunity to love on your fur child, too! I’m picky about who gets to have my pets when I’m away, so I want to ensure you will have peace of mind when your pets are with me!

Safety, trust & environment
I have 2 dogs and 2 cats in my home. Our yard is large and is fenced, allowing for lots of outdoor exercise. I am situated in a nice neighborhood with access to many trails. I will ensure your furry friend gets all the attention they need! I allow my pets to be free roaming and allow them to sleep in bed with us at night but can accommodate any needs you may have. We are active adults (more in the summer than the winter), however; if your furry friend is more laid back, we have no issue doing that, too. *I disinfect and sanitize my home daily with a steam mop using high temperature steam to ensure your pets (and mine!) coexist in a clean environment, free of germs (but not dirt! 😉) Beginning Jan. 1 2023, I will be integrating meet & greet checklists for all *new* clients to fill out. This will allow me to know all the important information about your furry friend, including emergency contact info, yours (the owner) and a secondary, Veterinary information, allergies, feeding schedule and more!

Erika was very communicative during my dog’s stay. She sent pictures and had tons of toys for her to play with. Definitely will be returning as a client.
Super friendly and Dax had a great time with Erika and her pets. She kept us updated on him and sent pictures of our dog kiddo so we knew he was happy. Highly recommend!
We find Dogs to be the best judges of character, and our girl Haley loved everything about Erika and her husband. Our hound mix is high maintenance, and anxious, and she came back to us calm and happy. The real question is who was on vacation? Us or the dog. 10/10 The best.
Another great puppy vacation with Erika! This was the dog who used to get upset when we took her to the kennels. Now she squeaks and runs to the door when she realizes she’s at Erika’s! Lots of updates throughout our trip. Thank you Erika!
Erika was the most professional and understanding pet sitter I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! I’ve struggled with finding someone I truly trust to care for and love our geriatric pup while we were away from home, and I’m so happy to say I’ve found the perfect person for our Rookie-Poo! He had so much fun with Erika, and she knew exactly how to make a nervous old man puppy feel welcome and part of the pack. I will absolutely be a return client, and I highly recommend her for anyone else. Thank you, Erika, for bringing peace of mind to our family!

Schedule
I currently work full-time, but I am flexible during the week. I am a state employee, so I am off on all holidays, as well.
