Despite many conversations and confirmation of the booking the day before, Erika was unresponsive for the entirety of the confirmed specified drop off window. I waited with my puppy for 45 minutes outside the given address while all calls and messages went unanswered. No notice or communication was given for not being able to make the drop off window. Not happy with the lack of responsiveness, communication and reliance.
Erika looked after our dachshund for 12 days. She was treated like their own and given a lot of love and attention. I got photo updates a few times, which was nice. Overall, very happy with the experience 😊
Erika took good care of my dog and was flexible in extending the stay with little notice due to some last minute changes. I recommend and would rebook with her
