About this sitter: I love dogs and they love me. The biggest compliment I get from strangers is when they tell me the dogs I am caring for "act like they're your dogs." My dad came to visit and said "the dogs act like live here." I go above and beyond to make sure your dog has a great time. My goal is to provide a vacation for your dog when he or she cannot join you on yours. I have lived in Miami Beach since 1999. I know the best places to take your dog on an adventure depending on their size and personality. Why I love dog sitting I picked up my mother's love for dogs. I was born into a dog-loving family and I've lived with animals ever since. I've been a foster parent for the Humane Society of Greater Miami for 14 years and counting. I have fostered dogs with special needs. I'm also a volunteer with Guardian Angels for Soldier's Pets. About my yard I do not have a fenced in yard. But there are 3 nearby bark parks where your pet can run. My experience administering medication Yes. I feel like I've become a vet-tech with the medicines I've had to administer.

I stick to the dog’s routine. I believe a happy dog is a tired dog. I strive for the dog to have a better vacation than their owner. Whatever the dog likes doing, I try to do more of it.

Erika is INCREDIBLE! I would recommend her 1000 times over. My cat is a bit shy and takes a bit to warm up. She sat with him and made sure he was comfortable. She played with him and took care of everything he needed and sent so many wonderful updates.
Simply the best! Erika loves dogs, and they love her. She is the most conscientious, caring, thorough, energetic, and wonderful dog sitter imaginable. The best!!!

The best and most reliable sitter!
Erika is absolutely wonderful. She took care of our dog for the first time, and I’m not sure our pup wanted us to come back! Erika gave standoffish and somewhat anxious dog a staycation to remember—great walks, companionable time outside, hanging out together on the couch, good healthy meals. She set up his treat puzzle, which he loves and which keeps him busy. She soothed him during a loud thunderstorm. She communicated with us—regularly sending photos and notes that reassured and amused us. Erika is professional, delightful, knowledgeable, and an absolute godsend for doting pet owners. Schedule
I’m a good fit for dogs who can be alone for four hours during the week. I come home during my lunch hour to walk a dog.
