I have a large fenced yard with two dogs, an elderly small dog and an active medium/large dog. you're dog would be welcome to hang out with my dogs at my house up to 4 hours. If it's your preference, I could also bring one of my dogs over to your home and socialize there.

beyond simply meeting you with your dog at least the first time and knowing any particulars or preferences, i would like to know how much energy your dog has to burn off on their walk, I could potentially jog with your dog for a mile or two, but I'd have to be prepared ahead of time.
A typical day
I'd like to bring your dog to Indian Valley open space, there's a few different trial options taking 45min to 80 minutes. some of it's off leash some of it's not and I'm a rule follower. another option is bringing your pup to dogbone meadow park, it's a nice fenced in dog park with a large run area, obstacle course, and a small pup park. there's other trails as well, but there's leash restrictions: Rush Creek, Novato Deer Island, Novato Mt Burdell, Novato Shollenberger Park, Petaluma (weekend only) Las Gallinas Valley birding loop, San Rafael and open to suggestions as well

hey, I'm new to rover, I've had dogs all my life and after training my golden retriever to be so behaved off leash in open space I feel confident with slowly training someone else's dog to be well mannered off leash after a series of walks together.

Erik was an excellent petsitter for our dog. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with and sent us frequent pictures from their walks. While our dog was initially nervous with having a "stranger" come in the house, Erik quickly won him over with attention and fun walks. He stayed in our house and left it clean and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would definitely recommend him to others.
Erik took great care of our dog and cat. He sent pictures every day and a quick note to let us know what they had done that day. Thanks so much!
Eric saved me yesterday with a last minute dog walk! We came home to very content and tired doggies- thank you Eric!!
Erik is great!! He watched our pups for a few nights and he gave them love while also respecting our home and leaving it super clean! We received pictures and updates everyday and communicated clearly and quickly. I highly recommend him and will for sure have him watch our dogs in the future!!
