I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life — caring for them has always come naturally to me. I grew up with pets and over the years have had the joy of helping foster kittens and cats, which taught me so much about patience, compassion, and the importance of gentle care. Along the way, I’ve also cared for the beloved pets of friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, and family friends — everything from walks and feedings to snuggles, playtime, and overnight stays. Whether it’s a curious kitten, a playful pup, or a senior pet needing extra TLC, I treat every animal like they’re my own. Building trust with both pets and their people is incredibly important to me. I know how much your furry family means to you, and I’m here to give you peace of mind (and keep those tails wagging while you’re away!)

I pay close attention to their personality, energy, and comfort level so they always feel safe and at ease around me. Whether they’re playful and full of zoomies or just want a quiet companion to snuggle with, I’ll meet them exactly where they are.

Ericka was excellent to work with. I booked two consecutive weekends fairly last minute but she responded promptly and was super flexible when scheduling the first meet and greet. Ericka has a sweet and gentle demeanor and is clearly a “cat person” in the way she approached and interacted with Kitty. She listened closely to my care directions and asked great follow-up questions that helped her get to know Kitty’s personality. Ericka arrived to each scheduled visit on time, took care of Kitty exactly as instructed, and sent plenty of pictures! I recommend and will be using Ericka’s services again :)
Ericka is one of the best caregivers for any pet. She always puts the wellbeing of the pet first. Whenever I need her to watch my pup, she follows every one of my insane instructions to a T and goes above and beyond for them. I can always trust her with my babies. With Ericka, I know they are in the best hands.
Ericka has always had a love for animals. I have always said she is an animal whisperer. She is very kind gentle & loving towards all animals. Her love for dogs is especially dear to her. Whenever she is in public & sees a dog she gets so excited & if close enough the dogs always seem to know her kind heart & will approach her for a pet & a conversation she will have with them. She has 2 indoor kitties & they absolutely love her because they know how much she loves them. I would always trust her to take care of our dogs when we would go out of town & she always made sure they were safe & secure.
I'm not sure there is enough space to write what would make you want Ericka to pet sit for you, but here goes. Ericka is the sweetest, most loving person you could ever ask for. Her love of pets is just amazing and she has a very real connection with them. I swear she can see right into their sole. She has commented many times about how she would love to be a dog walker or pet sitter so she can get her doggy fix. She personally has two indoor only cats and knows the importance of safety for them. I believe that she would be very careful with another person's animals and would treat them as special as she treats her own. She has a very strong bond with animals and I have never seen an animal that didn't love her. I personally foster kittens and she is very gentle and sweet with them and they always love her as well. She loves to take walks and would love a furry friend to accompany her. If I needed a dog walker or pet sitter I would call Ericka first!

Schedule
Because I work for myself and set my own hours, I have the flexibility to be there when you need me! I can easily work pet care into my day, whether it’s morning walks, midday cuddles, or evening visits. Your pet’s comfort and routine are a priority for me, and I love being able to give them the attention they deserve
