My friend is absolutely amazing with animals. She provides excellent care, treats every pet like family, and has a true gift for understanding their unique needs. Throughout the years I've known Erich, she has been solely responsible for making sure pets and their babies have been fed and nurtured. She is by far the most responsible and nurturing pet caregiver I've ever had the pleasure to be around.

Erich has shown to be a very responsible for my pet while I was gone for 2 days for work she would give me updates on anything she wasn't sure with my pet and followed the feeding times I set for my pet. She also has family pet of her own that look healthy and taken care of.

What stood out most about Erich is her empathy and patience with my dog. I have a Shiba Inu who’s a bit anxious when it comes to meeting new people. After a day, my dog started to become comfortable and safe around her. She pays close attention and follows the routine fairly well. She’s also very good at communicating and keeping me updated when not asked.
