One-family-at-a-time dog boarding
Not every dog is happy in a busy boarding facility or surrounded by unfamiliar dogs. That's why I welcome only one family's dog(s) at a time, giving them a calm, comfortable home and my full attention. If your dog is happiest as the only guest, or if you simply want the peace of mind that comes with truly personalized care, you've found the right place. I've shared my life with dogs for decades, from a spirited Shih Tzu to a 120 pound Rhodesian Ridgeback, and our beloved Labradoodle, who was my constant companion for 14 years. Losing him left a huge hole in our home, and caring for other families's dogs has become one of the most rewarding ways to share that love. When your dog stays with me, they become part of my daily routine… Not one of many dogs competing for attention. I work with a limited number of families so I can provide the kind of care I want for my own dog. What makes my Home different? -One family at a time (your dogs stay together if you have more than one) -I'm home virtually all the time, so your dog receives, companionship, supervision, and plenty of attention. -A peaceful, comfortable home with a fenced yard and lots of room to relax. -Ideal for dogs who don't enjoy kennels or large daycare settings -Thoughtful screening to ensure every day is a good fit for both your family and mine. -Frequent updates and photos, so you can truly relax while you're away. Whether your dog loves playing in the yard, curling up beside someone on the couch, or simply following their human around the house, I'll do my best to make their day feel as close to home as possible. My goal is simple: when you leave for your trip, I want you to feel completely confident that your dog is safe, happy, and genuinely cared for. Erica took great care of Willow and Juniper! They returned home calm and happy. I could tell from her photos and updates that they were being well cared for and felt right at home. Highly recommend ⭐️🐶⭐️🐶⭐️
At pick up, Ralphie and Seymour were reluctant to leave Erica so it was obvious she took very good care of them. Throughout their stay, I received regular photos and updates and all communications were smooth. I’m sure Ralphie and Seymour would welcome the chance to stay with Erica again.

Except for an occasional, local appointment or trip out of town to visit family, my schedule is completely flexible and I make dog care my priority.

I specialize in one-on-one dog boarding to give each pet personalized care. However, I'm now happy to extend my services to families with multiple dogs so they can stay together while you're away! My home is the perfect setting for your pet(s) if you'd like to drop them off for an overnight or for an extended visit. We have a fenced in yard, a crate if needed and plenty of room to roam.
