Availability
Teddy works remotely and Erica is currently thriving as a stay-at-home puppy/kitty mom, so we are always home and someone will always be attentive to your pets. Occasionally one of us may be out of town during a booking request, but we will communicate that to you prior to booking in case you prefer two people.

We have a fenced backyard for safe playtime and easy bathroom access. Your animals are welcome to sleep wherever they want in the house- we don’t mind dogs on the bed, couch, or in their crate if that’s where they’re most comfortable! We have several water stations throughout the house that get changed every day. We have plenty of cozy rooms in the house, so your pet can have alone time if needed. Our neighborhood is quiet and walkable.

We always prefer to do a meet and greet before boarding or daycare to make sure we’re a good fit and there are no major concerns. We want to know about your pet’s typical routine, any “special” behaviors, dietary restrictions, where your pet prefers to sleep, and if they are up to date on all major vaccines.
A typical day
We’ll stick to your pet’s routine as closely as possible. We will go on walks earlier/later in the day when the heat is less intense. We will have potty breaks in the backyard throughout the day, and have playtime outside and in the house. We have tons of squeaky toys, balls, tough chew toys, peanut butter doggy bubbles, and other fun things to keep your pets stimulated. We will match your pet’s energy level and personality.

Pet care experience
We are both big animal lovers and have been taking care of our own pets since we were kids. We moved to Indian Trail from Denver, CO in 2025 and would love to get to know pets in the area! We currently have Cleo, a calico kitty who is a sassy princess, and Georgie, a shepherd mix puppy who LOVES making new friends. Erica has always begged friends and family to pet sit for them, and we would love to extend that joy and love to your furry family members as well! Teddy has never met an animal he didn’t like 😸 Our last dog Zeke was an extremely anxious boy for the 13 years we had him, so we have plenty of experience comforting anxious pets. Teddy previously worked at an emergency vet/kennel business, and has a lot of experience with all kinds of dog breeds and animal behaviors. We both have experience with oral and topical medication administration, and Teddy has injection experience. We would love to welcome your pet into our family and treat them as our own ♥️

Harley had a great time with Erica and Teddy! Really appreciated all the updates and photos they sent us during Harley’s stay with them. I’m sure Harley would beg to stay with them again!
Chipper has a great time with Erica & Teddy… they do a great job and seem to love having him stay… He is extremely high energy but they do it all with love .. we will definitely use them again .
We love Erica & Teddy! My little Lucy loves to stay there with them. They take great care of her and send lots of pictures. ❤️
