Animals bring me so much joy and I love making sure they know that they are loved! I grew up on a farm with all sorts of animals. Dogs were such a huge part of my childhood and they continue to be one of my most favorite things about life. I have puppy and crate training experience and am comfortable with senior and special needs dogs. Working with animals has always been a dream of mine and I am finally getting to live that dream!

My dog Leo enjoyed stay with Erica and she provided great communication during the stay.
This was our first time boarding our young Chloe with Erica and it was a great experience! She was super flexible with our drop-off and pick-up times, and sent us some fun pics and videos of our baby, who seemed to be having a ball with the other doggies that were there at her house. Erica was also very responsive when I checked in to see how things were going at various times throughout our trip. We will definitely use Erica again!

Erica was great! Our pup had an awesome time at her house while we were out of town. He came back totally tuckered out from playing all weekend. It was easy to communicate with Erica. We set up a meet and greet before our trip, and she explained how things go at her house. While we were away, she sent plenty of updates and was very responsive when I reached out. Frankie is definitely looking forward to next time!

I hit the jackpot finding Erica to watch my dog. I received daily photo updates and check-ins which really put my mind at ease when traveling out of state. It's clear she truly loves animals and understands dog behavior. I returned home to a very happy, and tired pup. I will definitely be booking again for the foreseeable future.

Schedule
I quit my full time, corporate job in 2024 to focus on my family and to give back more time to my kids. Dog sitting full time has been so rewarding and fulfilling while allowing me to be present where it matters most.

Safety, trust & environment
-we love them like they are our own and make them feel as at home as possible -fully fenced in privacy fenced yard -plenty of toys and enrichment activities/games -trails and greenways close by for walks -I provide all natural treats only -free range of our home with exception of kitchen, everyone is fed in the kitchen ONE at a time. -they are allowed to sleep wherever they like -I don’t use crates unless necessary for safety reasons or if still in puppy/training stage -If your dog prefers a crate, I do have a few ranging in size but may ask you to bring your own -I only book after successful meet and greets, if you are coming from out of town and can’t feasibly schedule a meet and greet I can make accommodations for this, just ask! -I do not allow dogs that are aggressive or that are not comfortable with children. No exceptions.
Pets
A typical day
Our days start with going potty then breakfast- then back outside to explore while I drink my coffee. If it’s a nice day I may leave the back door open for them to go in and out as they please while I supervise. We have snaffle mats, kongs and treat puzzles for stimulation but can also accommodate the laid back dogs who just want to lay on the couch or in the sun on the patio. Dinner is around 6-7pm then we go out at least 2/3 more times before bed time around 10 pm.
