Availability
I work a remote job, so I am flexible with scheduling! While I prefer a few days for notice, I understand life happens so if you need a last minute walk or drop-in I can often fit you into my schedule. I am happy to work with your schedule and meet your pet’s needs!

Safety, trust & environment
I value safety above all else and keeping the dog at ease is my main goal! I stick to any routines or schedules the dog may have, and I meet them where they’re at. If they LOVE walks or would rather sniff a bush for 10 minutes, I’m happy to do anything for your pup! I make an concerted effort to read their body language and anticipate what they are trying to communicate.
Information Erica S. would like to know about your pet
I like to know if your pet has any anxieties so I can help manage them! Please let me know how your dog does around other dogs in case we happen upon one in while out and about. Lastly, please let me know if your pup can have some of my treats!:)
A typical day
I value both mental and physical stimulation, so I always make an effort to include both while caring for your pet! I always love a good game of tug or fetch, and letting them practice their tricks for fun!

Caring for animals is my passion!
Pet care experience
I have cared for dogs since I was 12, and have loved every second of it! I have been a reliable caretaker for families and friends’ dogs for years. I have my own dog so I completely understand the love you have for your own! I have experience taking care of puppies as well as senior dogs. I have volunteered at my local humane society in high school, and completed multiple training courses emphasizing positive reinforcement training methods with my own dog. I have experience handling small dogs with lots of spunk to large dogs who are energetic and love to play, as well as reactive and anxious dogs. I aim to meet each pup where they’re at and make their experience with me a positive and fulfilling one.
Reviews

Erica was so great and patient with our timid girl Layla. After recently adopting her, our dog was very scared of her new environment but Erica went at her pace and allowed Layla to come out of her shell more and more each day. Can’t recommend enough!

Erica was a wonderful dog walker for my senior Australian Shepherd. She was communicative and took very sweet photos on their daily adventures. I absolutely trust her to give my dog the utmost care and attention. Anyone would be lucky to have Erica care for their pet.
Erica saved us majorly last minute and took excellent care of Lou while we were away. She was super understanding and helpful, and we’d absolutely recommend her services!

Erica was awesome! I appreciate the pictures at check out and the last minute help! Would definitely recommend to dog owners in the area!
