I’ve had animals my entire life and genuinely enjoy having them around-- It doesn’t feel like work to me. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your dog, especially if you don’t want them in a kennel. My home is a calm, comfortable environment where your dog can relax and feel safe. I’m home most of the time right now, so your dog won’t be left alone for long periods. I have my own pets, so I’m used to different personalities and making sure everyone is comfortable. I’m also available for drop-in visits for cats if you prefer they stay in their own home.

Meera has been going to Erica’s 3 days a week for a while now, and honestly it’s her favorite place to be. She loves Erica to death, and always comes home happy and tired. I can’t recommend Erica enough to anyone that’s looking for a great place for their dogs.
This was Poppy’s first visit to any type of daycare after losing her big sister last month, so she was very nervous about being dropped off in a new environment. Erica paid extra attention to Poppy all day long & did a wonderful job of keeping her calm & comfortable, & she also made sure Poppy got familiar with the yard & her surroundings. We were very pleased with everything Erica did for Poppy & for us.
Erica accommodated us on very short notice. She provided great care and sent me lots of photos. Thank you so much!

Your dog will be part of a normal, relaxed home environment while they’re here. I try to keep things low-stress and consistent so they can settle in and feel comfortable.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog will be safe here in a fenced-in yard and a calm home environment. Dogs are welcome on most furniture, and if they’re used to sleeping in bed with someone, I’m fine with that too. I always keep dogs on a leash when walking, and I prefer using a harness for extra safety. I understand that every dog has their own personality, and I try to make them feel as comfortable as possible while they’re here.

We have plenty of toys for playtime inside and outside. I love being outdoors, so we’ll spend time outside whenever the weather is nice. I try to keep things relaxed and comfortable so your dog feels right at home.
