Louie grew up with two cats (a Rangdoll and a Chinchilla Persian) back at home in Hong Kong. When we moved to London, we started cat sitting instead of owning one. We loved every single one of them that stayed with us and it has always been a fantastic experience. We don't mind cats on furniture or bed, and we're happy to groom and clean them daily. Your sweet babies will be in good hands!

This was my second time booking with Erica and Louie, and once again they were absolutely amazing! They were so reassuring and accommodating, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. One of my cats is super anxious, so I’m naturally always worried about leaving her, but Erica and Louie were both so reassuring and took the time to make sure she felt comfortable and settled. It really put my mind at ease knowing she was in such caring hands. From the minute I left right up until just before I collected my cats, they sent constant updates, pictures, and videos, which I really appreciated. It was so lovely to see how happy and well cared for both of my cats were throughout their stay. I would definitely trust Erica and Louie with both of my cats again and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them in the future. Thank you both for taking such wonderful care of Kilo & Kenobi!
We had Erica and Louie look after our cat for 3 days and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were professional, attentive, and sent regular updates so we always knew our cat was in good hands. We came home to one very happy cat. We’ll definitely be booking again!
Erica and Louie took such amazing care of both my cats while I was away. They followed every instruction perfectly and made sure the cats were happy, comfortable, and well looked after the entire time. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in such caring and reliable hands. They kept everything clean, stayed attentive to all their needs, and clearly treated my cats with so much love and care. I could tell my cats felt comfortable and relaxed with them, which means everything to me, and the daily updates and pictures was really reassuring!! It was our first experience with Rover and we were so happy with Erica and Louie. Guys were very nice and friendly, they were sharing lots of pictures and videos when visiting Tini so we were absolutely sure our cat is doing well. Highly recommend to all cat owners 😻 Thank you guys !!
Erica and Louie were so helpful and kind to Kitana! She was quite shy and scared for the first day of the stay before she was able to get comfortable. They gave her space to get comfy and then built a bond with Kitana. She even slept in their room & was making biscuits on them by the end! They also were super communicative on message and sent lots of pics/videos of her which also made me feel comfortable as a cat mom! :) would definitely recommend them.
I’m so happy I found Louis and Erica to look after my cat Coffee. They’re really experienced and took amazing care of him. Coffee was super relaxed at their place – there were lots of toys for her to play with, and he loved sitting by the window watching the birds. Coffee is very food‑motivated, but they managed his portions really well. They played with her, spent time chilling with him and he honestly acted like he was at her second home. I went on a long trip and felt completely at ease the whole time. They sent regular updates and photos, so I knew Coffee was doing great. I’ll definitely ask Louis and Erica to take care of Coffee again next time I travel. Highly recommend them as cat sitters! 🐱💛

Schedule
We work from home approx two to three days a week, and we take turns working from the office so we make sure at least one of us is staying home to look after your babies. We will be able to spend the day and give them all the love they need all week long.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a lot of windows (which we don't open during the cold season) at our place. Cats that have stayed with us enjoying sitting there to watch the birds. We also have a designated area for cat/pet toilets and a play area for them.
A typical day
That largely depends on your pet’s preferences and interests - we try our best to accomodate what they need! But typically, we will engage with them in games and/or run around with them!
