Friend to your pooch while you work
As an owner of a dog with severe separation anxiety, I joined Rover years ago to find a safe and reassuring place where my furbaby could visit when I worked away from my home. When my furbaby passed away, I decided I could offer the same peace of mind to others by becoming a Rover sitter. I'm newly retired and have a flexible schedule to ensure your pup is well cared for and not left alone. I now have a new pup (2 yr old) that is a social butterfly. She loves to stop and meet every dog we see. She is very friendly - gentle with little pups and can rough play with the big dogs. She has endless energy and would love to have a friend to play with everyday. It's important your dog gets along well with others as I may have more than 1 dog here at a time.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog's safety is my top concern. I have a newly 6’ fenced yard for lots of chase games, zoomies and potty breaks. My dog is not left outside alone and neither will yours. Getting to know your pup will be important to me, so I can understand their needs and where we can build trust together. My hope is to offer a safe and fun environment where your dog can enjoy the day and you can feel confident they are in good hands.
Ratings and reviews
Erica keeps going above and beyond every time she looks after my aging cat. In addition to requiring medication, my cat is a bit anxious and has been losing weight. Erica puts in extra effort to get her to eat her food, medicine, and treats. She allows me to travel without stressing, and I always come back to a happy cat.
Erica does a great job looking after Polly during weekend trips. Polly needs medication and is a fairly needy cat, so Erica's attentive care and thorough updates are super helpful for peace of mind!

Erica and her dog Cookie were very welcoming to us. Our dog had a great day playing with Cookie. It was his first time being left with a sitter and it went wonderfully. Erica sent us updates and photos throughout the day which was very much appreciated.

Schedule
With some notice I can likely accommodate most days. I can do drop-in visits or daycare playdates on most days. If I have dogs scheduled for daycare, I won't leave them alone to do drop-ins. I don't leave any dogs alone during their daycare stay while they're here.
