Erica was extremely accommodating and kind, boarding my cats despite it being a last minute request. She sent me reassuring pictures and was very communicative throughout the process. My babies were in good hands and thanks again!
Erica was absolutely wonderful! She was so patient with my dog and very flexible with our schedule during his two-day stay. I really appreciated that she communicated with me multiple times a day, which gave me complete peace of mind. I felt completely at ease the entire time. I will definitely be booking with her again if the need arises!
Erica was available on short notice and was so friendly and kind. She was understanding and reassuring when I told her how worried I was to have my dog boarded for the first time. She was communicative and sent me a couple pictures and updates while he was with her. I’d definitely rebook if needed. Thanks for taking such good care of Rascal!
We had instructed Erica to feed our 2 dogs separately because one of them has food aggression/resource guarding. Unfortunately the dogs were not separated while given treats and one of our dogs attacked and bit our other dog’s ear causing it to bleed and scab. Thankfully nothing worse happened. Erica stated that her house doesn’t have any separate rooms/doors but at a minimum, one dog should have been fed in the bathroom with door closed. While we appreciate Erica being honest & letting us know about the incident, we are incredibly disappointed that our written and verbal instructions were not followed. Additionally communication was an issue as we did not receive frequent updates and she did not message us when she dropped the dogs off at our home. Nor she did leave any water out for the dogs when they were dropped off. We appreciate her watching our dogs and providing the option of pickup/drop off for dog sitting but are left incredibly disappointed by this experience.
Erica was a fantastic dogsitter! She picked up and dropped off our 2 dogs which was so helpful. She provided daily updates and took good care of them. Highly recommended her!
Erica was communicative and the dogs came back happy!
