As a life-long animal lover who has raised many dogs and cats of my own, I've also been a foster home for several rescue organizations over the past 20 years. I have experience with all kinds of situations and personalities, including: potty training puppies and adults, high energy go-getters, senior hospice care, administering medications, allergies, special diets, surgery recovery, cancer patient care, crate training, positive reinforcement training, storm/firework anxiety, etc. If you don't see your pet's specific need listed here, please don't hesitate to ask if I can accommodate! I currently have one dog and an indoors-only cat. My dog LOVES to play with other dogs if your dog is willing to participate, but she will respectfully leave them alone if they let her know they don't want to. Since I provide both boarding and daycare services, your pet may be around other clients during their stay. I do meet & greet sessions with all new clients prior to their first stay to help ensure everyone will be a personality & behavior fit, and keep the group small and manageable. NEW DAYCARE & BOARDING CLIENTS: We will do a free meet and greet before your first booking (in-person visit for dogs, a video call is ok for cats) to introduce the pets, go over any questions either of us may have, and to make sure we'll all be a good fit. Dogs MUST be current on vaccinations and cat friendly. If you're unsure if your dog is cat friendly, we can test that during the meet & greet.
