My main priority are my animals and the animals I am hired to care for. I plan my days according to the amount of dogs I need to walk/look in on, the times they need to be tended to and the locations of each pet.

My ideal dog to exercise is one who can hike off leash. I feel all dogs need that sense of freedom. That said, I understand this is not the case with every dog. If your pup is a "runner" and has no response to recall, obviously the leash is staying on.
A typical day
Living in the Adirondacks I feel most at ease in the woods with a dog so that is a usual day for me. I know of many trails, lakes, and rivers to play in with your pup. Typically, I will pick your dog at your home and drive to an ideal location for some exercise. If your pup is dog friendly, then I can also coordinate a play date with other dogs and we can conquer the great outdoors together.

I have had dogs and cats my entire life. Looking in on pets is something I have done full time over the last 5 years. Before that I worked at a dog and cat boarding/daycare facility. I know I have what it takes to care for you fur baby. Walking, running and/or hiking on the local trails is one of my passions and I love doing that with dogs. Leisurely strolls and plain old romps in the yard are also rewarding to me. Kitty's are just as much as a joy to me as dogs. Whether you want someone to simply watch tv on the couch with you pet or are looking for something more adventurous like hike a mountain, I am the person you are looking for.

She was wonderful! She responded very quickly and was available on short notice to walk our dogs while we were out hiking. Our puppies loved her, and it gave us great peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. She was reliable, caring, and easy to communicate with. We would definitely book her again and highly recommend her!
We were headed out for a day hike and knew that we would not be back for sometime. In a pinch, Erica was there for us, not once but twice. We took several hours longer than we anticipated and Erica didn’t hesitate to help us out for a second walk. She is very thorough. asked all the right questions and gave our pup the kind of care we would hope for- highly recommend her to take care of anyone’s pup and will call her again the next time we’re in town.
