I began pet sitting in high school since my parents wouldn’t allow me to have a dog of our own. I would regularly watch people’s dogs in their own home. During high school I also had a part time job at a kennel. Since moving to Houston I regularly watch neighbors and friend’s dogs while they go on vacation. Since I work from home and can provide all day head scratches, tummy rubs, and potty breaks. With the pandemic reducing my travel I have even more time at home so I’ve decided to extend my services to others. I’ll make sure your dog gets completely spoiled rotten while you’re getting the relaxing vacation you need. I’m an active outdoorsy person so would be happy to take you dog hiking if he or she is high energy or snuggle up and watch a movie for more senior dogs. Looking forward to spoiling your pooch!

Erika is wonderful. We have boarded our yorkie Sadie with her a few times and now Sadie with our new dog, Daisy. She sends pictures and takes the best care of our little ones. I can go on vacation worry free.
Erica is awesome! Our lil Sadie feels right at home with her. I highly recommend her. My husband and I can take vacations and don’t have to worry at all about Sadie. She has taken care of her a few times and we will definitely use her again.

This is the third time we've had the pleasure of having Erica look after our fur babies. The first time we boarded them with her and the next two times she house sat for us. She is an amazing communicator, flexible, and is responsive to our dogs needs. Thank you Erica for all that you do! Eddie and Rylo love you and so do we!

Erica is absolutely amazing! Before we even booked she set up a time to meet with our dogs and get to know them. She was very intentional with her questions and it was clear that she wanted to make sure that her place felt as comfortable as possible. Throughout our time away she sent multiple pictures with several updates which made it clear that our dogs felt safe and loved! My husband and I cannot say enough about how highly we rate Erica! 10/10 will book again!

Schedule
I currently work from home so I have plenty of time to play with your pet! My work used to involve travel and likely will again after covid so unfortunately I can’t commit to my own pet. But I miss having a fur baby!!!

I have a fenced court yard that your dog can access for shorter walks or playing fetch. I will happily abide by your rules and let your dog sleep in bed or not as you prefer. I want them to feel my home is theirs, so you can enjoy your vacation or business trip without worry.
A typical day
This depends on the activity level of the dog of course. For more active dogs, I love to take them on long walks in the park or neighborhood or even on a longer hike outside the city. For more laid back seniors I’m happy to curl up on the sofa for a days worth of pets!

- Let me know the general activity level of your dog so that I can make sure I plan my activities accordingly. Also please let me know if you dog interacts well with other dogs etc. so I know if it is best to walk them in a more public park or dog park or if they prefer not to interact with other dogs.
