It’s so important to give the kind of trust, communication, and care possible when taking care of someone’s pets or home. When someone lets you into their personal life by letting you and taking care of their animals and home, that is a very special and important thing that resonates with someone. And I’ve always been a firm believer that proof never stops proving. And continuously proving to someone that they can trust you in all walks of life is key. I have flown out to Colorado on a couple vacations to take home and pet sit for someone. That’s the kind of trust others have in me, and the values that I hold true to. From taking care of dogs, cats, turtles, birds, horses, and even lamas, in the end they are living breathing beings that deserve the proper respect and care that one can give to them. I spent two years working online for Takis Shelter, which is an animal shelter located on the Greek island of Crete. I very much recommend checking out their shelter’s videos on Facebook and YouTube to see what they do. I’m definitely proud to have been a part of their operation. Over the years, I have also watched over people‘s properties. Like an on-call property manager. So if someone is out of town or they need something done right away, they know they can confide in me to get the job done. In addition to pet sitting and home care, I have also done babysitting over the years as well.
