Our clients are mostly older, lazy dogs. Kim works from home often. Not all dogs are a good fit. Examples: - High energy/working dogs - Dogs who don’t socialize well with other dogs - Dogs over 25 pounds - Dogs who are excessively vocal due to anxiety - Dogs that can’t be left alone for 2 hours We can’t always screen for these behaviors, but we will address them as needed. Dogs are very emotional animals. Their mental well-being is just as important as exercise and good nutrition. I do my best to establish a bond with each client (dog). Putting an emphasis on emotional health makes watching dogs a very rewarding experience. Every dog is unique and has a different personality. What works to gain a dog’s trust changes from dog to dog.
