I have a great deal of experience with dogs, including co-founding a 501(c)(3) rescue/shelter in Atlanta. I was also a yard referee at the busiest daycare/boarding facility in Atlanta for 2 years, + transported/walked dogs for Lifeline Animal Project. Nowadays I volunteer at McKamey as often as possible, + am trying to get another non-profit off the ground. I have experience with the great majority of breeds, + a way with dogs that don't usually like new people. I know from working at the kennel that some get traumatized in a warehouse full of barking dogs, and are always more comfortable in their home environment. This is especially true when you're leaving em with someone who can make sure they have a great time :) I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone new, so I make it a point to send lots of pics + be responsive as possible. I’ve been told that I'm attentive, detail oriented, and extremely respectful of peoples’ homes. I’m not a vet tech but did work with one for years, + have access to them 24/7 on Rover if I ever need advice.
