Hi, I’m Enni! I have over 20 years of professional experience working with dogs and cats, and caring for animals has truly been a lifelong passion of mine. My background includes more than six years of kennel experience, veterinary clinic experience as a room attendant and veterinary assistant, professional pet grooming, and dog training. This experience has taught me how important it is to pay attention to each pet as an individual—their personality, routine, comfort level, and needs. I know leaving your pet with someone can be stressful, so my goal is to provide a safe, comfortable and loving home-away-from-home while giving pet parents peace of mind. I believe in patience, consistency, and allowing pets time to become comfortable with me and their new environment. I’ve had animals in my life since I was five years old, and my love for them has only grown through the years. Whether your pet is outgoing and ready to make themselves at home or needs a little extra time and reassurance to settle in, I want them to feel safe, cared for and loved while they’re with me. My Dog had a great time playing with her other dogs while I was gone. I got frequent pictures and it was overall a great experience. Will be booking again.

Enni was an amazing host that I hope to book in the future! My dog had so much fun staying with the other dogs there, and Enni sent me so many pictures that I enjoyed seeing while I was away. She was sending pictures as soon as I left. Super fast communication and flexible too. She even provided a bed for Josie though I offered to bring one. Great backyard for the dogs to hang out in, and Enni put dog clothes on Josie when it was cold out! Thanks again, Enni!

Schedule
I work part-time, so I have flexibility in my schedule to give the pets in my care plenty of attention. I don’t like having too many pets at once because I want each one to receive individualized care and attention. I also make sure I have time to learn their normal routine and help them feel comfortable while they’re away from home.

Safety, trust & environment
I’ve worked professionally with animals for over 20 years, so safety is extremely important to me. I pay attention to body language, behavior, stress signals and how animals interact with each other. I don’t believe in forcing an animal to immediately feel comfortable in a new environment. I give them time, space and patience to adjust while keeping their routine as familiar as possible.

A typical day
There really isn’t one typical day because I care for each pet based on who they are. Some dogs want to play and stay busy, while others are perfectly happy relaxing and getting attention. I enjoy enrichment, playtime, practicing basic training skills, giving lots of affection and just spending time with them. I want your pet to enjoy their stay, not simply be somewhere until you come home.

- Tell me everything about your baby! I want to know their personality, likes and dislikes, normal routine, fears, quirks, medications, feeding schedule and anything else you think I should know. I have experience with different breeds, temperaments, senior pets, anxious pets and rescue animals. The more I understand about your pet, the better I can make their stay feel comfortable and familiar.
