Hi! Our names are Emmy and West and we are cat-lovers in Solihull. We have had cats since we were very young, including our now senior cat Lola, who is 12 🐈⬛. We understand that going on holiday can be a bittersweet moment as we are forced leave our furry friends behind. Our approach to caring for your cat is nothing short of attentive, loving and entirely paced by your kitty. We have struggled to find reliable and ‘cat-loving’ sitters in the past and so we are so pleased we can offer this service to others in the area. We have experience of looking after many different types of cats from kittens and nonchalant divas to anxious elderly cats. If there is anything specific you need us to do when looking after your furbaby, then let’s discuss at the time of booking. We look forward to meeting your kitty!

Safety, trust & environment
It is so important that cat sitters entering feline territory don’t disturb the environment. We ensure to keep bowls and litter trays clean and respond to the needs of the cat/owner. For example, if the owner requires flaps to be locked over night, then that is what we do. We also ensure to keep the house secure and follow all instructions.

From the minute Emmy contacted me, I knew Ziggy was going to be in good hands. She & her husband, West are professional, kind, caring & responsible. Her care reports each day were lovely & reassuring to read & made me laugh when one of them was written from my cat, Ziggy. I will definitely be booking them for all my future holidays.
Absolutely lovely couple!! They took amazing care of Kye and even went out of their way to bring toys to him or try to initiate fun games with him! You can just tell that they are 100% dedicated to what they do and they love animals. Kye seemed like he absolutely loved them and I’m sure he will miss them haha! They paid a lot of attention to details and asked plenty of questions to make sure all bases were covered. Their updates were very thorough and loads of pictures have been taken! We will definitely book them again in the future and recommend them 100% to anyone interested in booking them as well!
Cannot thank them enough! We had only had Ozzy a week before we needed to go away and felt so reassured and relaxed that he would be in safe hands! Got loads of photos and constant updates on how our kitten was doing, so we never felt worried. We even let Emmy and West know that they could turn off the cameras, but they never did and even held Ozzy up to say hello🤣. He had a lot of fun and we will definitely be using them again. Also for Emmy and West - Ozzy is a 100% a boy yay🤣

Emmy and her husband West have been absolute stars taking care of my two kitties, 18 years old ginger boy Tuscan and 8 years old Layla while I was away. From the moment they came to collect house keys and meet my fur babies I was impressed. They listened intently to all I said and asked very thoughtful questions that I hadn't covered. They obviously have lots of experience! I have received thorough and lovely updates twice a day, with lots of great photos they took. I could tell my ginger cat who needs some extra attention, seem to love West! When I came back home, everything was really nice and tidy and cats were happy, well fed and genuinely chilled and content. I will surely use their service again next time I'm away. If want to leave your cats with someone you can trust and who will genuinely give your cats some love, don't hesitate and contact Emmy and West - don't look elsewhere 🙂

Schedule
Emmy works hybrid from the office and from home, so is predominantly around in the evenings and weekends for pet-sitting. West works flexibly for himself as a chiropractor in the local area, meaning he is the one who normally takes the morning bookings. Most of all, we love to do visits together. Unfortunately, we can’t offer cat-boarding as our cat Lola isn’t able to share her territory.
