When dogs stay with me, they get maximum supervision. When we take a romp in the backyard, there is secure fencing, and a gate to separate your dog from our backyard chickens. Please note two other adult humans (1 male and 1 female) live in the home as well.

At our meet & greet, we will discuss important details about your dog's daily schedule, diet, quirks and traits, and anything else that will help me make their stay as comfortable as possible. REQUIREMENTS ➤ Before accepting new requests, I require a meet & greet with the dog and owner ➤ If you have a last-minute request, please make sure you are available for a meet & greet at least 48 hours before your requested drop off ➤ All medications, vitamins, and supplements must be disclosed at the meet & greet. This is very important. I can accommodate meds only if your dog takes it willingly with food. If they need their mouth forced open, please reach out to someone else ➤ Your dog must be spayed/neutered ➤ Your dog must be up to date on vaccinations and preventative flea treatment ➤ Your dog must be fully house-trained to potty outside (as opposed to pee pads indoors being their default) ➤ Your dog must be over 12 months of age I look forward to meeting your fur-child!
A typical day
At my home, I make an effort to keep your dog's daily routine as close to their normal routine as possible. Meals will be given according to the dog's usual schedule. We will also engage in playtime, rest time, cuddle time, walks, and fun romps in the backyard as needed. If your dog's usual schedule includes walks, I live near a beautiful community garden, and that is where I take my canine clients to walk and sniff around. At bedtime, your dog will sleep in my bedroom with me, whether they prefer their dog bed, the floor, or on the bed cuddled up to my legs.

I first gained experience with dogs by caring for my own dog when I was between the ages of 8-18. In 2017, I began dog-sitting for my cousin - and in doing so discovered just how much I miss having dogs around. In 2018, I joined Rover so I could offer these services to others as well. I believe in treating dogs with kindness and respect, and I will continue to do so.

This was the first time leaving out 3 fur babies with someone we didn’t know. Emmeline sent us pictures multiple times through each day on our 2 week vacation, and I could tell our dogs seemed relaxed and well cared for. We already have two extra weekends booked with Emmeline. Our Luna was well taken care of by Emmaline while we were away on vacation! Luna is an anxious girl with idiopathic epilepsy and Emmaline remained open-minded and was open to learning about Luna’s needs and caring for her. Luna had one seizure while in her care and Emmaline remained calm, made sure Luna was safe and cared for her just as we would care for Luna. With her loyalty and love for animals, we’d definitely book Emmaline again to care for Luna! Thank you!!! ❤️
