My partner and I are available throughout the week including weekends and holidays. We are able to accommodate long stays and same day bookings. Doggy day care rate is for 8-10 hours and any hours beyond that will be an additional hourly fee. Doggy Daycare hours of operation are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The daily routine for pet boarding / dog day care involves morning check-ins, walks, play sessions, supervised outdoor activities/walks, meal times, rest periods, and individual attention. The day is structured to balance physical exercise, mental stimulation, and social interaction, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for each furry guest. Pets must be comfortable in a multi-pet home. Pets that are easily startled, reactive, or not socialized with other animals may not be the best fit for this environment.

In a spacious home (duplex) setting with a fenced/enclosed backyard, pet care involves providing a comfortable environment, regular feeding, daily walks or playtime, grooming/bathing as needed, and addressing any specific health or behavioral needs. Pets are free to roam and have access to the entire space of our home. For safety and privacy reasons, I do not allow in-person visits inside my home to ensure a secure environment for myself and the pets in my care. Pictures or videos of my home is available upon request. Surrounded by parks, there's a high level of safety and comfort for pets. Safety is prioritized throughout your pets entire stay and we can assure that with our on-site pet first aid kit and 24/7 virtual vet access. Accidents can happen, but with our kit and virtual vet readily accessible, we’re equipped to handle any unforeseen mishaps promptly and effectively, ensuring the well-being of our furry guests. I understand the amount of trust it takes to allow another individual to care for your pet and I aim to build trust with owners through open communication and transparency. I'll always treat your fur babies as my own when caring for them and will provide a unique opportunity for them to enjoy numerous walking spots in the surrounding area. I’ll send you plenty of updates with photos and videos throughout your fur baby’s stay. For boarding and daycare, as well as other services that I provide, adherence to instructions, maintaining a safe space, and communication with pet owners are essential to ensure a seamless and positive experience for the pets in their surroundings.

Prior to dropping off your pet, there are key information that are required to be provided. Key information about client pets includes their dietary preferences, health records with updated vaccinations, any medical conditions or allergies, special care or medication instructions, exercise routines, behavioral quirks, favorite toys, and emergency contacts. If your fur-baby have any allergies, please be sure to inform me prior to their stay and kindly update their profile details. All parents are responsible for providing their fur-baby's food, treats, bowls, bed, poop bags, training pads, favorite toys and blankets. Understanding these details helps provide personalized and attentive care, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for the pets in my care.

A typical day concise of engaging and fun activities for the pets. This may include interactive play sessions, stimulating toys, enjoyable walks throughout the neighborhood and to nearby park (Columbia Park), and possibly incorporating basic training exercises. Tailoring activities to each pet's preferences ensures an enriching experience, whether it's a game of fetch, puzzle toys, or simply some quality cuddle time.

Emmanuela has been keeping CoCo whenever I'm away for some time now. At first I was afraid to leave her, but, she was very sweet with CoCo during the first meet. CoCo doesn't interact with many dogs, however she seems to get along great with Emmanuela's fur babies. I receive pictures and videos during her stays and she always seems happy, this is why I always choose her.

Emanuela really came through for us in a stressful, last-minute situation. Our original sitter canceled within 48 hours of our trip, and with a flight to catch, we didn’t have many options. She was able to accommodate a babysitting stay for our cat, Dash, on very short notice, which we genuinely appreciated. That said, there were a few concerns worth noting. We were not allowed to go into the home to see where Dash would be staying, as Emanuela shared that her partner was not comfortable with that. As experienced pet parents who have used Rover and other sitters before, this was unusual and concerning for both me and my husband. We’ve always been able to at least view the space to ensure it felt safe and appropriate, so not having that visibility made us uneasy. Emanuela communicated consistently throughout the stay and sent daily updates, which we appreciated. She let us know that Dash was doing his best to acclimate, but he was not interested in socializing. However, we had clearly communicated early on that Dash is used to being the only pet and has never been around other dogs, and only around one or two cats during sittings in the past. We specifically asked that he be kept separate and not forced to interact unless he wanted to. In one of the updates, Emanuela mentioned that Dash had bitten either her or her partner after being startled. Given the presence of multiple dogs and cats in the home, we believe this may have contributed to his stress and reaction. Overall, Emanuela was responsive, communicative, and did help us in a tough situation, and for that we’re grateful. However, the lack of transparency around the living space and the challenges with managing a pet who is not accustomed to other animals are important considerations for future pet parents.
