Hi! I’m an animal lover with extensive experience caring for dogs. For many years, I looked after my two beloved companions: an 8-year-old Dachshund and a wonderful mixed breed who lived to the age of 14. Through my time with them, I gained deep insight into the needs of dogs at every stage of life—from playful puppies to wise seniors. Although my older dog has recently passed away, the love and knowledge I gained from her continue to shape the care I provide. In addition to my own pets, I’ve also been the go-to pet sitter for many friends, looking after their dogs and cats while they travel, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for.

Emma is the most loving pet dad ever! He always takes care of Fraggle and Rock when we are away and we've never had any issue and our little ones love him. You can see he's really trustworthy with his own dogs so I definitely recommend him if you need someone to look after your dog!

Schedule
My availability is quite flexible! I work from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I’m home the rest of the week, so I can take care of both dogs and cats. During the week, I’m available for walks around midday, but only if the pets live close to my home, as it can be tricky otherwise. I’m also available for other care times throughout the day, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I’m free after 6 PM as well.

I live in a two-story apartment with Napoleon. He gets along well with some dogs, but he’s not as comfortable around cats. The space is cozy and pet-friendly, offering a safe and comfortable environment for your pets. I always ensure a calm and controlled atmosphere to make sure every furry friend feels at ease

A typical day
A typical day of caring for a dog in my home is full of love, comfort, and engaging activities! We begin the day with breakfast, followed by some relaxed time to settle in. Throughout the day, your dog will enjoy plenty of playtime, toys, and attention to keep them entertained and happy. Around midday, we go for a short walk to get some fresh air and stretch their legs. In the evening, we’ll take a longer walk to help them burn off any extra energy, explore the surroundings, and unwind after a day of fun. After the walk, your dog can relax in a cozy, calm environment, getting the rest they need. I ensure your dog has a balanced day, filled with care, affection, and exercise to keep them content and healthy!

House Rules: Whether the dog is allowed on furniture, any specific training they’ve received, and where they sleep (crate, bed, etc.). 6. Bathroom Routine: How often they need to go out and if they have any specific signals or habits when they need to relieve themselves. 7. Emergency Contacts: The vet’s contact info and any emergency procedures. 8. Favorite Activities/Toys: What they enjoy for playtime or relaxation to help them feel at home. 9. Behavior When Left Alone: Whether they experience separation anxiety or are comfortable being left alone for short periods.
