I am currently home all week as I do not have classes this summer. Thus, I am able to give my undivided attention to any pet in my care.

I live in an apartment, but my neighborhood has a private fenced dog park about 100 feet from my door. I also live next door to a huge community park with lots of trails for walks. My own dog Dixie is 3 years old and would absolutely love to have a friend to play with/keep her company. I don't typically crate my dog, but I have a 48 inch crate if your dog needs to be crated/you prefer them to be crated.

Please let me know if your pets have any allergies, behavioral issues, problems with using the restroom indoors, aversions to other animals, etc. I want to make sure I can accommodate their needs!
A typical day
I love to start our day with breakfast and a long walk in the neighborhood park. After our walk, the dogs typically do some mentally stimulating puzzle toys and sunbathe on my balcony. In the afternoon, we go for another stroll and end our day at my complex dog park where we play fetch and tug-o-war. We end our days with snuggle time on the couch.

I've owned dogs my whole life and loved them through every stage of theirs. I have administered meds to senior dogs, cleaned wounds, bottle fed my current dog as underweight rescue puppy, clipped nails, and housetrained puppies. My dog, and any animal in my care, is part of my family. I will give them the utmost attention and affection.

Emma did an excellent job taking care of Harry while we were away on extended stay. She is very responsive, provided daily updates and made him feel comfortable during the summer heat. Would def book again!
Emma watched my dog, Millie, over a weekend and Millie had a great time! Her dog Dixie and Millie played all day. I appreciated the close attention she gave to Millie and the frequent updates. 10/10 recommend Emma and her pup Dixie as dog sitters for your pup!
Emma is amazing with my 8 month old pup Flex. As a rescue it’s important for me that anyone watching my pup be patient and reliable and Emma is exactly that. It quickly became apparent that she has a strong love of animals when I met her and her sweet pup Dixie. She treated Flex like a member of her family and he warmed up to them instantly. From structured walks, interactive training and enrichment activities she knew exactly how to handle my boy Flex who can be a handful. Flex loves playing with Dixie so much and never wants to leave after his play dates. Emma also did a great job helping me work on his recall and reinforcing his training. Not to mention helping me introduce him to the kiddie pool on hot days when he was weary. Leaving your pup can be stressful but I highly recommend Emma to help if she’s not already booked up! If you’re lucky enough to have Emma and Dixie look after your pup say hi to them from Flex!
Emma Kate is known for her outstanding love and care for her own fur-baby, Dixie. I know this same love and care extends to other pets.
