Emma is a wonderful person to work with and a great friend to get the chance to know. They're extremely considerate when it comes to understanding a person's or an animal's current state of mind and possible needs. They balance giving space and being present very well. Their empathy is comforting, and I have found that they are gentle and calming for myself and for my cat. They've helped take of my cat Zucchini, making sure she is fed, entertained, and loved. Emma has excelled in helping Zucchini acclimate to my new house when I moved and couldn't be home due to work demands. In instances of stress, Emma handles themselves well and can facilitate de-escalation and troubleshooting. I trust Emma to responsibly care for my pet, and honestly do so much more than that.
