Hey, I’m Emma. I’ve been living with cats since I was five years old, and they’ve been a big part of my life ever since. My first two cats taught me a lot about caring for animals, and over the years, that’s grown into a genuine love and appreciation for their unique personalities and routines. Right now, I share my home with an elderly female calico cat. She’s a bit set in her ways, and still manages to keep me on my toes! Having an older cat has given me a lot of experience in feline care. In addition to my cat, I also care for a cold water temperate fish, a shrimp, and a tortoise—so I’m used to managing different types of pets with varying care requirements. I enjoy getting to know animals and understanding what makes them comfortable and happy in their own space.
