When booking Emma, I had advised her I have two old dogs one of which is very needy. I made sure she was able to spend the night for house sitting, since B can’t be left alone. I understand emergencies happen, but when caring for someone else’s pet, it’s critical to ensure proper communication. I saw him crying on the pet cam and had to step in to see when she would be back. Ultimately she did return a bit after midnight. I gave her a 3 because she’s new.
Emma was very responsive on check-ins. She took such good of our four furry babies while we were gone, providing my wife and I complete peace of mind. ❤️
