A home from home 🏡
We’ve been around dogs our whole lives -it's second nature to us. From growing up with family pets to raising our own energetic Hungarian Vizsla, caring for dogs is something we genuinely love. We understand the needs of different breeds, from high-energy walks to quiet cuddle time. Our Vizsla is 4 years old, well-socialized, and loves meeting new dog friends. We’re also raising our young son, who adores dogs just as much as we do -it’s a whole family affair when it comes to pet care! Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or just giving your dog a cozy home-from-home, you can count on us to treat your pup like one of our own.

Bailey had a wonderful time with Emma and family as always, they always take great care of him, keep in touch with photos and videos and we always feel very happy leaving Bailey with them!

James and Emma were fabulous when looking after Barney. We met with them and their dog Ralph ahead of staying and our anxious dog who hadn’t stayed away before walked off with them happily on drop off day, played with Ralph and appears to have had an absolute ball. We were sent daily updates and photographs where he’d clearly enjoyed walks out, family trips out and learning how to sleep through the night with their dog Ralph. He came back calmer and better behaved than when he went. It was lovely to see how he was cared for from people who clearly understand and love dogs and made him a fully included part of their family whilst he stayed. We will definitely be booking again when we plan our next trip. Thank you for looking after our boy so well and reassuring us with frequent and funny updates. They clearly got to know and understood how our dog ticks so quickly, and were relaxed and calm regarding any young dog mischief! Thank you!
Emma and James are absolutely lovely! They cared for Charlie sent updates frequently, sending some really lovely pictures. Great communication and agreed to meet up before hand for the dogs to meet. Would recommend to anyone- thank you so much!!

Schedule
My husband James and I both have hybrid working jobs, so there’s always someone at home during the day. With one of us around, your dog will get plenty of attention, walks, and playtime. Our son, Oliver, is in nursery on weekdays, so it’s a calm and structured environment - perfect for dogs who enjoy a quieter home during the day. Whether it’s weekday walks or weekend stays, we’re here to fit around your pup’s routine.

We live in a 5 bedroom home with a secure, fenced garden - perfect for safe play and outdoor time. Inside, there's plenty of room for dogs to relax and feel at home, whether they love to stretch out in a quiet spot or stay close for cuddles. We’re lucky to have amazing walks right on our doorstep, from peaceful paths to open green spaces ideal for active dogs. Our Vizsla is friendly and well-socialized, and we always take care to introduce visiting dogs calmly and respectfully. Whether in our home or yours, we follow your pet’s routine closely to keep them happy, safe, and stress-free. We will also send you plenty of pictures throughout their stay to keep you updated

A typical day
From the moment your pet and I start our day together, their happiness and comfort are my top priorities. We’ll begin with a morning walk to get their energy out and enjoy some time outdoors. Throughout the day, I keep things fun and engaging -whether it’s playing fetch, tug-of-war, or exploring new walking paths. I always match activities to your pet’s energy level and personality, making sure they get the perfect balance of play, exercise, and relaxation. For cuddle-loving pets, there’s always time for snuggles and calm companionship. Every day is built around keeping them safe, stimulated, and loved while you're away.
