Information Emma V. would like to know about your pet

Let me know if your dog has any special quirks or behaviors I need to be aware of. As well as any expectations you have for them such as not being allowed on furniture or using release words before feeding.

A typical day

On weekdays, I take them for a quick walk in the morning and feed them breakfast. Then I head to work. I get home around 3 PM, and will then take them for a 45 minute to an hour walk along the bike path. If the weather is bad and we can't go for the afternoon walk, I do food puzzles and short training sessions. In the evening right before bed, I go on one more short walk. On weekends, I do a long walk, hike, or ski in the morning, and then a medium walk in the afternoon.

Pet care experience

I have been pet sitting for friends and family since I was in high school. I adopted my own pup as soon as I had pet friendly housing. I bring my dog hiking and skiing, but I am also happy to hang on the couch with couch potatoes! I have given oral and topical medications and will be happy to learn how to give any medications necessary.
