For the past 5 years, my family has had a labradoodle named Keesje. I’ve spent a lot of time with her, helping with her training and learning about her behavior. Now that I live in Spain, I really miss having her around. That’s why I’d love to take care of other dogs, so I can still be around them and put the experience I’ve gained with Keesje to good use. That’s why I’d love to care for your dog with the same love and attention, and make sure they feel safe and happy while you’re away. —- Durante los últimos cuatro años, mi familia ha tenido una labradoodle llamada Keesje. He pasado mucho tiempo con ella, ayudando con su entrenamiento y aprendiendo sobre su comportamiento. Ahora que vivo en España, la echo mucho de menos. Por eso, me encantaría cuidar de otros perros; para poder seguir estando rodeada de ellos y poner en práctica toda la experiencia que adquirí con Keesje. Me encantaría cuidar de tu perro con el mismo cariño y atención, asegurándome de que se sienta seguro y feliz mientras tú no estés.

Schedule
I’m currently working full-time, with a schedule that allows me to work from home 2 to 3 days a week. The specific days I work from home vary each week, as we rotate our office and home days every Thursday. On the days I work from home, I’m available throughout the day. I’m also available on weekends, as long as it’s planned a few days in advance. The dog should also be okay being alone for a few hours if needed.

I live in an apartment with three other housemates, and there is an elevator available in case the dog is unable to use the stairs. If I’m caring for a pet at my place, I make sure they feel comfortable in the environment, with space to relax and play. I’m also happy to take care of pets at their own home, depending on what works best for the owner and the dog.

A typical day
I love taking walks through the city during my breaks throughout the day. My favorite park is Turó Park, where I often go to enjoy a nice coffee. I’d definitely love to take the dog there with me. If the dog needs more exercise, I’d be happy to find spots where it can run around freely.
