I currently am not available to do in house pet sitting as I am renting an apartment that is not pet friendly. I have done in client home pet sitting mainly, as my two previously clients also needed a house sitter as well.
Information Emma T. would like to know about your pet
I love a detailed care list if your dog needs additional care or even just their routine. I’d love a list of available times as well as the length the dog likes to walk to prepare for that. I have experience helping care for my own senior dog who required multiple medications twice a day so if I can help in that regard I am happy to do so!
A typical day
I love to go on long walks. A solid walk for me is around 2-3 miles. When I dog sit I love to sit outside with the dogs and throw the ball. Even just lay with them while reading. When I do house sitting I stay over and try to simulate a normal routine for the dogs to make them comfortable. Also I have done daily drop in visits for lower maintence dogs that can let themselves outside. I have experience with different modes of dog care.

Pet care experience
I have experience caring for small and large dogs. One opportunity was with a younger small dog and an older large dog. I house sat for two weeks two summers in a row, I took the smaller dog on walks, made sure to feed both dogs on a set schedule, and administered medication to the senior dog. My personal pet previously had health issues and I would also administer medication to her twice a day. Therefore I am comfortable working with dogs who may have health issues. I have also done drop in visits with a smaller dog for a month one summer where I would walk her, play with her, and make sure she was fed twice daily. I love to go on walks, and would love a furry friend to tag along!
