Availability
I am currently out of work due to an injury so I have a lot more free time than I used to. I usually wake up around the late morning to early afternoon and am until the late evening. I like to have brunch first, and then I will head over to your home to check in on your pet whenever you have booked me.

About Emma S.
Communication
Cat skills
Safety, trust & environment
The first thing I do when I walk into a home is find the animal(s) that I’m caring for, make sure that they are physically okay, and give them hugs and kisses if they are open to it. For shyer animals, I do try to pet but if they back away, I don’t push it. Typically, I will start off each visit with a food and water break while analyzing the home for any potential accidents.
Information Emma S. would like to know about your pet
• If they are leash-reactive • If they struggle being alone for long periods of time • If they have a strict eating schedule or use any sort of device to help them digest • If two animals in the household don't get along and need separate time in the main home area
A typical day
I take dogs on a walk around the block to give them fresh air, new smells, and a change in scenery. Of course, if you provide toys, I do my best to tire out your animal so they can be well-rested, well-fed, and well-exercised! When watching cats, I again make sure that there have been no accidents in the house and that I clean the litter box as needed. If you would like me to communicate any accidents before or after I clean it up, I can accommodate that. I will each fill up food and water as necessary and then play with your cat if he/she wants to.

Pet care experience
Hello! I’m Emma and I’ve grown up around cats and dogs since I was nine years old. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve volunteered for animal rescues, pet-sit for family and friends, and own one tabby cat!
